This will be a fun and friendly opportunity for you to engage on how to use communication to foster inclusion and a sense of psychological safety. Join us as we celebrate our commitment to embracing our diverse backgrounds and inclusive culture. Everyone is welcome!
What to Expect
Join colleagues from across Switzerland, South Africa, Namibia and the Middle East in our first global Diversity and Inclusion online festival.
The event takes place on 3 October 2023 at 11:00–14:00 SAST | 13:00–17:00 GST.
The event is hosted on Vimeo Venues.
The programme includes Group sessions for all employees, as well as sessions specifically tailored to your geography.
The programme will feature facilitated dialogues using Slido.
There will be two ways to ask questions or participate in a discussion: on Slido or by raising your hand.
Live German and French translations will be available for the English sessions.
You can join the event on the day via the link at the bottom of this page.
You do not need to register for the event, but you will be asked to enter some details when joining.
We encourage you to keep your camera switched on as this will help create a kaleidoscope of attendee faces as the participants grow.
Unfortunately, you will not be able to add a virtual background when joining; please keep that in mind when switching on your camera.
