A guide for Speakers and Presenters

You will have additional functionality when using Vimeo Venues as a speaker or presenter. Some of the additional functionalities include:

• Share to the stage - sharing your presentation or desktop to the main stage
• Camera to the stage - sharing your camera with the main stage

Registration

• Presenters must log in to the platform before the event day.
• This will allow you to complete your profile and administrators to add you to the speaker's list. Speakers not added will be unable to share their screen or present on the stage.

Important notes to the presenter

• Only one presenter can present to the stage at a time.
• Should you use a panel discussion, ensure the main speaker shares their camera or screen to the stage.
• Additional panellists will appear below the main stage if their cameras are turned on.
• Attendees can raise their hands to ask questions or participate. When you invite them to speak, please encourage them to unmute their microphone. Each attendee has full control over their camera and microphone.
